The mission of LTV is to create a digital native and market leading network platform based business, built on asset acquisitions roll up and business transformation strategy.

  4. SmartNet™ is being progressively launched in first half of 2021 across India and second half in other emerging Asia markets, mostly with large pre-booked capacities by global fortune 500 companies.
  5. Lightstorm Telecom is 100% owned SPV set up by a US based global infrastructure-focused PE fund.

Role Description:

Primary responsibility would be managing the entire Project Management Office (PMO) operations, such as –

  • Monitor and report on progress of projects, processes, resources, and compliances
  • Organise weekly reviews with partner and track the progress
  • Manage and track project documentation such as project plans, WBS, change request forms, etc
  • Must be a team player, self-starter and have ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Must possess very good knowledge on MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point
  • Strong data analysis, interpretation, and presentation skills with very good understanding of Power Query, Power Pivot, What if Analysis, etc
  • Manage, monitor, and generate dashboards and reports for providing 360-degree view of operations to leadership and management
  • Create, refine, and manage process documentation, templates, libraries, and knowledge base as required
  • Conduct project governance meetings with internal stakeholders
  • Conduct regular audits to monitor process compliance
  • Conduct trainings/workshops for tools, systems, processes
  • Maintain the repository for the project related documents.
  • Must be resourceful, innovative, self-motivated, and confident in high stress situations
  • Must possess very good logical and analytical abilities
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project would be a plus
  • Knowledge of any BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau would be an advantage
  • Knowledge on CMMi, PMP terminology and processes would be an advantage
