About Lightstorm Network Operations Center ‘NOC’

  • State-of-the-art Network Operations from two locations DC-Mumbai and DR-Noida
  • Both the NOC operate in active-active mode as DC-DR
  • Deployed and operating Cloud-hosted OSS- BSS systems
  • In-house competence for Network & Service migration with experts coming from india and Global Telecom Operations team
  • Operational experience in managing own facilities and competence in NaaS and SaaS
  • Single source of truth for LTC internal and external teams.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Physical troubleshooting of local devices in co-ordination with Central IT SME
  • Configuring Systems
  • Understanding of DNS, TCP, VPN, VPC
  • Wireless, Printers, Conferencing, Digital Walls and Client Laptops.
  • Hands on Experience as a System Administrator, IT Administrator or similar role
  • Manage Video Conferencing Equipment Configuration, Printers and Other Systems
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Basic computer Hardware, OS and browser issues
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Customer handling skills
  • Multi-tasking and displays ownership and working in a team
  • Answering queries and resolution of straightforward incidents
  • Escalation of unresolved cases to next-level application specialist teams.
  • Familiar with MS office tools like outlook, excel, and word. Able to log tickets on ITSM tools.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office 365 Premium
  • Manages and maintains the hardware, software, and connectivity to the Internet
  • Using remote desk to troubleshoot & resolve issues
  • Vendor communication for Warranty/AMC renewal
  • Vendor co-ordination for any Device troubleshooting
  • Basic Network cabling
  • Configuration of Network devices
  • Support in setting in the network under guidance of IT SME

Qualifications and skills

  1. 3-6 years’ experience having good understanding and knowledge of software and hardware.
  2. Should be a computer graduate
  3. Technical Certifications: CCNA, A+ .
  4. Soft skills/ behavioral: Great team player, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
