Lightstorm’s response to affected employees

Pradeep Singh

I am Pradeep Singh working at Lightstorm for a year. Me and my family got impacted during the second wave of Covid-19.

I have a lot of gratitude towards the entire Lightstorm Team and especially towards my manager Pankaj Chaturvedi. With the support of the Lightstorm team, me and my family members were immediately shifted to our hometown and provided proper medical consultation. I would like to thank Rajiv Nayyar who also got involved to ensure we are doing well during our difficult phase of life.

The endless support and concern for my wellbeing and my family members made me more connected to the Lightstorm team who did everything to help only like a family.

I just want to thank all my seniors, colleagues and well-wishers in Lightstorm Family who supported me in this pandemic.

The experience with the company is commendable. When I was down with covid and seriously ill due to the second wave of covid, they not only supported me financially but also emotionally like a family member and they kept in touch with me and my family on daily basis, also advised and arranged time to time medications and doctors consultations.

I am really thankful to Ms. Ankita Makker and Mr. Pankaj Chaturvedi with Mr. Anurag Srivastava and Mr. Rajiv Nayyar who were a blessing to me at that time. Without their support I am not sure whether I could have recovered that fast. Their efforts were appreciable.

I got infected with Covid 19 in the month of April’21 and was struggling with my oxygen level as it went on dropping and that is when my family managed to arrange a cylinder at home and my condition was stable. My manager, Pankaj Chaturvedi was in constant touch with me and helped me in arranging medicines on time. He also arranged a consultation with an LTC empaneled doctor for better monitoring of my condition. He also kept back up ready for oxygen cylinder by coordinating with LTC empaneled medical agency with a cylinder starter kit.

His support gave me and my family a lot of support to sail through these difficult times and gradually my health improved and got fully recovered. My recovery from Covid -19, is broadly due to the support I received through various medical institutions empaneled with LTC and by my manager who did all the arrangements.

Whistleblower Policy


The Whistleblower can make a Protected Disclosure by emailing his/ her concerns at - ethics@lightstormtelecom.com. The reporting channel will be managed by the Compliance Officer and will be over seen by the Audit Committee or the Nominated Director, as applicable.

The Whistleblower may choose to make a Protected Disclosure anonymously or by sharing his/her identity. Protected Disclosure should be written to provide clear understanding of the issues raised and should either be typed or written in a legible handwriting in English or Hindi or any vernacular language. All Protected Disclosure concerning financial or accounting matters or those concerning the Compliance Officer or HOD and above shall be addressed directly to the Audit Committee or the Nominated Director, as applicable. Protected Disclosures should be factual and should contain as much specific information as possible to allow proper assessment of the Protected Disclosure.

The allegation should be supported by specific/minimum information as below:

i. Location of incident

ii. Timing of incident

iii. Personnel involved

iv. Specific evidence or source of evidence

v. Detailed description of the incident
